Registration
Fill up your personal information which includes the Name, NID number, DOB etc. Upload your NID picture and take a selfie for verification. Once your identity has been verified the user agreement will pop up. The registration process will be completed after you agree to the terms and policies of the services by checking the box!
Device Authentication
For better security, authenticate your mobile phone by using our authenticator app "TickTheek". Simply follow the steps according to the authenticator, set up a secure password for your email and finish the authentication process.

RVL sign up procedure consists of two steps: Initially, the user will have to complete the 4 steps of registration and submit it successfully. Next, user will receive an email for account setup. After completing the 5 steps for account setup, and device authorization, user will be able to login to RVL portal using RVL Credentials
What does “liveliness detection failed” mean?
This error means the system did not detect any movement while capturing the image. Please follow the instructions while taking the picture for e-KYC.
I haven’t setup my password but clicked activate account. How do I setup my password now?

3. Wait to receive the account setup email.

How do I create a new profile for my account?
To create a new user profile, user must login to the account created. Go to "my account>user profiles>create user profile"
Can I sign bulk documents in one go?
RVL system supports signing maximum 70 documents in one go
After validation, the reports say, “the signature is valid, but the signature has some problems”. What does this mean?
This error message appears when the signers source are not recognized by RVL
How can third party validate any signed document?
Any third party can validate documents using the "Validate" feature of RVL. Or, they can also validate using adobe PDF reader by opening the signature panel>show signer's certificate and check the certificate validity and certificate path.

"In such scenario, you have to try to reset your credentials. To reset credentials follow the following steps:
1. Go to the RVL authenticator app.

Enter the RVL portal using light mode. Go to "My account>account>reset credentials" and continue with account setup.
